As a member of staff, you are expected to hold yourself to a higher standard than an attendee. You represent Nashum Fur Con during the convention.
We expect staff to be able to commit to a minimum 6-hour day during the convention. Though most work a lot more, we don't expect you to live at the convention as the higher-ups do.
Staff positions within the convention are always changing, and we love to see people blossom into new roles.
