Hiya! I’m Rookie (they/them)—bat about town, chaos gremlin, and AV/IT Manager extraordinaire! I flap around conventions with my humansona, Haley (she/they), a seasoned broadcasting pro with over 20 years in the industry and just as many spent volunteering at cons like this one. We’ve rolled initiative on everything from AV crises to checking the Wi-Fi signal every five minutes like it’s a side quest—and we always come equipped with a con schedule, at least three backup flash drives, and sonar finely tuned for trouble. Catch us around the con if you need a hand, a mic, or a bat fact you didn’t ask for!

"Slightly" skittish soul who likes to approach culinary arts in a way that'd make a French chef cry and Anthony Bourdain proud. Loves writing, listening to Rush, and being funny without being (too) loud. Justifies white chocolate being "actual" chocolate, over-mixes batter, and considers bay leaves as useful as a tissue paper airbag. Can dispense the kind of Yiddish that'll make people, their ancestors, and pets feel bad if they're rude and mean, and'll try to make others feel loved like an old country zayde. Will never have a fursona no matter how hard you try so enjoying my work will be a better use of your time. I promise that the fro fully fits under a hairnet - I practiced!
